These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Liberty Hall Publishers' website and publishing services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Liberty Hall Publishers provides publishing support services, including editing, cover design, formatting, distribution, marketing, and rights/royalty management, as outlined in your individual service agreement or quote.
You retain full ownership and copyright of your manuscript and all creative work at all times. Liberty Hall Publishers acts as a service provider and does not acquire publishing rights to your work unless a separate, explicit rights agreement is signed.
Each project is scoped individually based on manuscript length, genre, and the services requested. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Work begins once a quote is accepted and any required deposit is received.
Payment schedules are outlined in your individual service agreement. Standard packages typically require a deposit to begin work, with the balance due at agreed milestones or prior to final delivery/publication.
Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds, specified in your agreement. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may be billed at an hourly rate, communicated in advance.
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on typical project scope. Delays caused by late author feedback, incomplete materials, or scope changes may extend the original timeline.
We treat your manuscript and personal information as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your work with third parties without consent, except as required to deliver contracted services.

Liberty Hall Publishers provides services on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales or royalties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the final deliverables created specifically for your project (such as cover art and formatted files), unless otherwise noted in your service agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Liberty Hall Publishers is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
